SAFETY

At Divine Spirits Wonderland, we love our guests and want nothing more than for everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience. That's why we're dedicated to providing a variety of safety precautions and resources to keep you protected during and outside of the festival.

We want you to enjoy yourself without worry, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. We're here for you and will do everything possible to keep you safe. In addition to our physical safety measures, we want to ensure that our guests feel mentally and emotionally supported at the festival and elsewhere.

Please familiarize yourself with our safety policies before coming to the festival so that you know what to expect and how to stay safe while enjoying yourself. Thank you for being part of our community and helping us create a safe space for everyone!

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Although Divine Spirits Wonderland is a family-friendly festival, we have heard community concerns about festivals (other than DSW) involving drugs, violence, and sexual activities, and we are addressing these concerns by providing extra processions and outreach contact for better peace of mind, during or after the festival.

  1. Security will be provided 24/7 on the festival grounds.

  2. Peacekeepers will walk the grounds to help ensure participants feel at peace, validated, and safe.

  3. Festival tents along the trails will host various people ready to help support your emotional and spiritual needs (as permitted by their licensing or certifications).

  4. Emergency Responders will be on site.

  5. We are encouraging our participants to download the Noonlight application on their phones. The application allows users to press a button on their phones to receive immediate help if they feel in danger. The App can be found here at https://www.noonlight.com/

  6. Smudging stations will be available for spiritual blessings and cleansing.

  7. Although DSW is a drug-free zone, drug safety, and awareness classes will be offered.

  8. Trauma-release support for victims/warriors of rape, abuse, addiction, and more will be provided.

If you or someone you know needs additional support outside the festival, these numbers are available 24/7—languages: English, Spanish, and 200+ through interpretation.
