​Water is an element often spoken about in over 100 religions due to its ability to protect us within the womb, cleanse, hydrate, and provide energy. The river offers a crystal-clean and serene environment to meditate on the importance of water in our lives. The sound of the running stream, trickling water, and the coolness of the wind create a sense of restoration and balance. With water meditation, one can reconnect to the womb and their place of origin while feeling connected to the land and clearing away any negative experiences or feelings of fear.

FOREST BATHING

The key to unlocking the power of the forest is in the five senses. Let nature enter through your ears, eyes, nose, mouth, hands, and feet. Listen to the birds singing and the breeze rustling in the leaves of the trees. Look at the different greens of the trees and the sunlight filtering through the branches. Smell the fragrance of the forest and breathe in the natural aromatherapy of phytoncides. Taste the freshness of the air as you take deep breaths. Place your hands on the trunk of a tree. Dip your fingers or toes in a stream. Lie on the ground. Drink in the flavor of the forest and release your sense of joy and calm.

 

TRANSFORMATION MEDITATION

As early as 1960, Maharishi predicted that when 1% of the population took up the practice of Transcendental Meditation, it would improve the quality of life in society. Maharishi's prediction was tested and validated in 1974 when research scientists found mass improvements in towns where 1% of the population had learned to meditate. This phenomenon became known as the "1% Effect" and has also been observed in other areas. Transcendental Meditation has been scientifically proven to have a beneficial effect on the collective consciousness of a site.
